The National Recovery Friendly Workplace Institute engaged the first fifteen employers to achieve National Recovery Friendly Workplace (RFW) Certification. These organizations are setting the standard for fostering supportive and recovery-friendly work environments. Each employer went through a structured application process, meeting criteria in four key areas: Culture, Hiring & Retention, Benefits, and Education & Awareness. We celebrate these leaders for taking steps to integrate recovery support into their workplace and for inspiring other employers to follow their example. Their commitment marks the expansion of a national movement toward healthier, more resilient workplaces.
